Nice one! That's exactly the sort of comment I like!

Would love to know the dub track underneath 'People hold on'.

Someone on the Mixing Bowl came forward with this info for the dub track:
“People Hold On” – “Stella” is actually K Mix 67 “Technical Dub”. Available on the 20 years of Solid Steel DVD and bosbos.net:

http://www.bosbos.net/2008/06/11/vintage-solid-steel-coldcut-best-of-the-k-mixes/

The track list for it there only identifies “People Hold On” and “Free” but I’ve figured out also that the Dub beats under “People Hold On” is either a loop of the intro to Criminal Minds – “Baptised by Dub” or the original track they sampled it from. The rhythm is an old On-U Sound backing track recorded by Creation rebel but this version is slightly different so must be a late 80s re-recording. I also identified after “Free” (as you did) either a little snatch of “Stella” or a remix (I’ve got 7 versions but it’s none of those). There is also a short blast of the strings from Moby’s “Go” or the Twin Peaks soundtrack it was originally sampled from"

Also two more updates, the last track on part 1 is
Red Snapper - "One Legged Low Frequency Guy

and the Marley - Hypocrites track is "Entebbe Affair" off "African Dub Almighty Chapter 3.

Let me know when you got that other mix up for me to download & I'mm sort out tracklist for you for that one, hopedully!
